Timely diagnostics, treatment and prevention of serious and common diseases in patients outside the field of aviation
On mutual agreement it is possible to carry out, even during off-working days, an outpatient examination with the following contents:
- welcome, familiarization with the programme and scope of the medical examination
- completion of the form of a patient´s past history
- taking a blood sample for laboratory, haematological and biochemical examination (sedimentation of blood, blood count, bilirubin, ALT, AST, GMT, uric acid, lipids, glycaemia, tumour markers – CEA with women above 40 years of age and PSA with men above 45years of age)
Internist´s examination :
- a complex internal examination with ECG, blood pressure and assessment of the results of haematological and biochemical examinations
Functional examination :
- according to the internist´s indication
- spirometrical examination of everyone
- echocardiographic examination of everyone
- bicycle ergometry examination of men above 40 years of age and women above 50 years of age
Ultrasonographic screening examination :
- abdominal cavity
- kidneys, prostate gland with men and urinary tracts
- ovaries, uterus and breasts with women
- thyroid gland and increased lymph-nodes
Complex gynaecological examination
Complex ENT examination + audiometric examination
Complex ophthalmic examination:
- refraction, visual acuity– distant and near
- correction
- intraocular pressure
- eye´s front segment and the eyeground
Complex neurological examination
CONCLUSION:
- assessment of the medical findings
- making diagnoses
- determining the risk of a threat to the state of health
- recommendations of further examinations with a treatment proposal
- working up and dispatching of the final medical report
